Terms & Conditions

• Before taking part in a Pilates class or one to one session, a Client Contact and PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) must be completed, as well as a Waiver form.

• Rates are subject to change. Services prepaid will be honoured at the rate paid

• All One to One packages include an initial 45-minute consultation and personal plan, as well as travel within 3 mile radius of Hemel Hempstead. Additional travel costs may apply for further afield.

• Payment is required IN ADVANCE of any PAYG session, each block of 6 classes or each block of personal one to one sessions. This guarantees your space in the class, or time with The Pilates Angel for a one to one session.

• Payment is available via Bank Transfer Payment. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

• No shows, missed classes or missed one to one sessions are non-refundable.

• The Pilates Angel reserves the right to cancel a class or session but will endeavour to let you know about the cancellation as soon as possible. If you have paid in advance, you will not be charged for that session.
